How do I Sign Up?

  • Register here

  • There is a one-time fee of $20 for each season (financial aid is available - don’t let the cost stop you from showing up.) If you would like your athlete to receive a scholarship, choose the “Scholarship Option” in the registration tab.

When do we meet?

  • Track & Field: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday in April, May & early June from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Athletes can choose to attend practice 2 or 3 times a week.

  • Cross Country: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday in September, October & early November from 4:30 - 5:45 pm. Athletes can choose to attend practice 2 or 3 times a week.

Who is welcome to run?

  • 3rd - 8th graders who want to run! All ability levels are welcome!

  • Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and participate; we love to include parent volunteers!

How do I sign my athlete up for a race?

  • Race signups occur throughout the season, with signup links sent to all parents via email.

What if my athlete already participates in a Fall or Spring Sport?

  • We encourage all our athletes to play multiple sports! Many of our runners play soccer, basketball, and other sports while running Track or Cross Country. We are flexible with practice and race participation to allow for other activities.

What do we do?

  • Running (and other fun activities)! Practices include a dynamic warmup, a running workout, and stretching.

  • During Spring Track season, athletes also learn the basics of select field events (throwing and jumping).

What to bring / wear?

  • Wear running shoes and athletic clothes (layers are a good idea in Oregon)

  • Bring a water bottle

  • Bring a running watch if you have one (optional)
